Before starting the application submittal process, be sure you:
Have your Entergy Louisiana account number.
Have a digital copy of your sales receipt or invoice, showing proof of payment, equipment type and date of purchase. (Don’t have a digital copy? We also accept pictures of documents taken with your phone.)
Have the model number, manufacturer and retailer name.
If applying for an incentive for a heat pump water heater, please note that the incentive is only available if your current water heater is electric. No incentive is available if your current water heater uses any other heating source such as natural gas or propane.
